Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email and phone number, used to create and operate your account.
• Service data — properties, units, work orders, leases, rent, invoices, inspections, messages and announcements you create or that are shared with you.
• Photos & documents — images and files you upload (e.g. before/after work photos, intake photos, inspection photos, shared documents).
• Location — used only when you share an “on my way” status or capture geotagged proof photos for a work order. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device & diagnostics — basic app logs and device identifiers used to keep the service reliable and secure, and (if you enable notifications) a push token to deliver alerts.

To provide and operate the service: manage accounts, run work orders and maintenance, process rent and invoices, deliver messages, notifications and announcements, and keep the app secure and reliable. We use location and camera only for the in-app actions you initiate.

Your data is shared only with the parties you are connected to as needed to deliver the service — for example, a tenant’s request is visible to their property manager / owner and the assigned maintenance company and technician. We use trusted service providers (hosting, notifications, and payment processing) solely to run the app. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored on secured servers.

You can view and update your profile in the app, and control notification and location permissions from your device settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use our account deletion page (or email us at the address below); we action verified requests as required by applicable law.

PM Connect is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
