PM Connect
You can request permanent deletion of your PM Connectaccount and the personal data associated with it. There's no charge, and you don't need to keep the app installed.
This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to our team. Or email us directly at snapziemail@gmail.com from your registered address.
What gets deleted
Your account profile (name, email, phone) and the personal data tied to your account — including your messages, uploaded photos and documents, and the records you own in the app.
What may be kept, and for how long
Some records must be retained to meet legal, tax or financial obligations (for example, completed invoices or transaction records), and data shared with parties you were connected to may remain in their records. We keep such records only as long as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.
How long it takes
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
